The goods are returned or exchanged to us within 10 days of receipt by you. The goods are in their original condition AND the garment tags remain intact.
The goods are not marked Final Sale. Goods that are reduced 50% or greater are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Accessories are final sale.

You have obtained a Return Authorization Number (RAN) or an Exchange Authorization Number (EAN) from us BEFORE returning or exchanging the goods. To obtain a RAN or EAN from us please email us at customer@toniplus.com The RAN or EAN must be clearly visible on the outside of the return packaging.
