The Toni story begins in 1974 – when fresh out of school – Toni opened her first store. The store catered to career women who were looking for better quality, fashion forward clothing co-ordinates. Toni’s acute fashion sense and the special attention given to each customer brought immediate success.
From the beginning, Toni had learned always to follow her customer’s lead. Often there were requests for the same quality and style of clothing available but in larger sizes. Thus in 1992, the launch of the Toni Plus concept, based on the same guiding principles of unsurpassed customer service and “fashion with a twist” – available in sizes 14 – 22.
Toni believes her success is based on her initial “naiveness” in plus-sizes. She recalls those old-fashioned do’s and don’ts that for years haunted larger women, never entered her mind, “I didn’t set parameters or rules for my customers” (The Toronto Star). Toni knew that in order to provide her customer with an unparalleled selection, more Canadian designers would have to extend their collections to include plus sizes.
Toni Tiraborelli, President of Toni Plus stands behind every product and her careful attention is given to even the smallest detail. Regular priced merchandise returned with all price tags attached within 7 days of purchase with sales receipt will receive a full refund. Store refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid. Regular priced merchandise returned within 14 days of purchase for exchange or Toni Plus gift card.
Sale merchandise returned with all price tags attached within 7 days of purchase with sales receipt for exchange or Toni Plus gift card.
Merchandise without original receipt will be issued a Toni Plus gift card on the current selling price. Merchandise returned more than 14 days after the date of purchase will not be eligible for a return.
Special occasion fashions, accessories and hosiery are final sale.
Merchandise purchased in Toni Plus stores (located outside Hudson’s Bay) must be returned to a Toni Plus store in order to receive a refund by the method of payment used at the time of purchase. Merchandise purchased in a Hudson’s Bay Toni Plus shop must be returned to a Hudson’s Bay Toni Plus shop in order to receive a refund by the method of payment used at the time of purchase. Merchandise returned to a Toni Plus store not located in the Hudson’s Bay can only be issued a Toni Plus gift card.

TONI PLUS ONLINE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with items you have ordered from our online store you can return or exchange them providing:
The goods are returned or exchanged to us within 10 days of receipt by you. The goods are in their original condition AND the garment tags remain intact.
You have obtained a Return Authorization Number (RAN) or an Exchange Authorization Number (EAN) from us BEFORE returning or exchanging the goods. To obtain a RAN or EAN from us please email us at email@example.com The RAN or EAN must be clearly visible on the outside of the return packaging
Return delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer; however a pre-addressed label and return instructions are included with every purchase for your convenience.
All online purchases are to be returned to our Head Office located at 16-1140 Sheppard Ave West, North York, ON, M3K 2A2 as indicated on the return shipping label enclosed with your purchase. This will ensure that you are credited properly for the return. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

However, we will not disclose any specific personal information to any third party in this regard without your consent.
To keep you informed about Toni Plus events and promotional opportunities. Your Sales Associate will also contact you via telephone, e-mail or regular mail to keep you informed about fashion information, new and exciting deliveries in our stores, company and store special events, sales and other fashion issues that may be of interest to you. During a visit to a Toni Plus store, you may be asked for your personal contact information or other lifestyle information pertinent to your shopping preferences and habits. This information may be keyed into our customer database and is stored with your purchase history information.
THE DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Toni Plus will not sell or disclose to third parties any personal information we collect, except as described herein or as you otherwise consent. In the normal course of business Toni Plus may disclose some information with our service providers and suppliers, such as home address information to our mailing house or third party systems support specialists who are contracted to keep our systems operational. Each of our service providers and suppliers are contractually bound to protect the confidentiality of our customer information and may only use such information for the purposes of performing services on our behalf.
