Is your coat closet winter ready?

November 16, 2017

Winter is beginning and spring is far away. A new coat or two will ease you into the season.

Here at Toni Plus at Hudson’s Bay Southgate in Edmonton, we know that winter temperatures can vary dramatically so we need coats that vary in warmth and styling. Besides, isn’t it boring to put on the same coat day after day after day during our long winters?

We have our coat promotion, which will save you $25 on coats under $350, $75 on coats under $1000, and $150 on coats over $1000. So take a look in your closet and identify where you have gaps or need to replace an old faithful that has seen better days.

The Puffer

These lighter-weight down or fiberfill short jackets from Junge are great for cool days.

A great piece to pack when traveling—cozy and practical—a warmth layer that takes minimal space in your suitcase or carry-on.

 The Mid-Weight Parka

These Junge parkas are great for minus single digit winter weather.  Longer than the puffer, it has a bit heavier fiberfill content—perfect to use while running errands or shopping—warmth without weight. Like almost all of our parkas, the hood is detachable.

Heavier Weight Down Parkas

Our new high function down parka is from Tassoni—designed and made in Canada.  It combines warmth with a flattering shape and those little touches that show an understanding of our severe winters (fleece lined collar and pockets, wind/water resistant fabric, fox trim hood, and stretch for comfort).

Classic Cinzia Rocca Coats

When you need a dressy winter coat in wool and/or alpaca, Cinzia Rocca is the answer. Enough detail to be interesting, but classic enough for years of wear. These coats will take you to work or for an evening out whether you opt for black, navy, grey or a mid-tone blue.
